Transformational Life Coaching
"So, what is Transformation Life Coaching with Grats, and why should I care?"
Good question. Let's start by discussing what Life Coaching is NOT. It is not therapy or counseling. Those things often focus on resolving the past.
Look, we are not at all disparaging therapy or counseling. We partner and refer folks to many wonderful therapists. Why? Because at times, it is clear that the past needs to be resolved before someone can move forward in the present. And the present is what coaching is all about.
"Well, what does that mean?"
Another good question. Coaching focuses on resolving, growing, and succeeding in the present... the wins of today, so that a person will be best set-up to win tomorrow.
"What do you mean by 'win'?"
We at Grats believe that life is a battlefield, full of wins and losses. Losses should be learned from. Wins should be celebrated. And the time between battles should be used to maximize the preparation that is needed to win as many upcoming battles as possible.
We believe that last statement is where most people tend to lose in life... they simply have never been taught how to best prepare for what is here, and what is to come. The thing is... the Bible lays out all that we need to fully prepare for what is here, and what is to come. But we have found that many people are not prepared and equipped with the tools that Jesus gives to each of us through Himself/His Word.
That is Transformational Life Coaching with Grats - preparing and equipping you with the tools that Jesus gives to each of us through Himself/His Word.
"Why do I need Grats to give me that?"
You don't! Not at all in fact!! But this is what we often ask people at this point in a conversation like this (and yes, we have had this conversation with people a few times)... even though you do not NEED Grats to receive those things, how long have you walked this life without having received those things to the degree that you need?
The answer that we usually get to that question is some variation of "a long time". A long time of losses that really never needed to be losses. A long time of wins that were right there for the winning but never came to be. To us, and we believe to Jesus, such is a tragedy!
Look, you are here right now, reading this. We believe then that Jesus has brought you here. We VERY MUCH believe in divine appointments. So, no, you don't NEED us... but at this point, we believe that Jesus has brought you to us. Don't walk away from this moment as if it never happened. Click here to chat with us.
