BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING
According to Forbes: "Business process outsourcing (BPO) happens when a company outsources entire business functions to be handled by another company." Outsourcing the "backend" business functions of your church, ministry, or business is a great way to help you focus your time and resources on what matters most!
"Can this apply to any organization?"
Absolutely!
"I can do this work on my own though."
Yes, some of you can. But, how much time is doing this work yourself taking away from the actual work that ONLY YOU CAN DO? If you are struggling with wisdom of that last statement, you may need to reach out to us for coaching. We have clearly seen proof that some simply can't do this work on their own. Don't get offended at that. It is best for you if we simply shoot straight with you! Not everyone can work on cars, yet all cars need to be worked on. So, we have mechanics and are grateful for them. Some who can work on their own cars, still take their cars to a mechanic because they have much more important things to do... like doing the ministry or work that they are called to do.

"How does Grats accomplish excellency in so many different areas of business?"
Great question. We are constantly working to build that list of services: both that we ourselves sell and/or provide, and that we refer out to.
"So some of the services listed above are you referring me to someone else?"
Yes, some of them.
"So why go through you then?"
1. We have done our research and homework, so that you don't have to.
We have looked for the best providers within their industry; who also provide top level customer service. If the product or service is good but we don't see evidence of top tier customer service, we do not refer to that provider.
2. We build an ongoing relationship with each of the providers to whom we choose to refer to.
In fact, if we can't build that relationship and/or if that relationship cannot be maintained, we do not refer to that provider. Treating our referrals well is part of them maintaining relationship with us. Our providers that we refer to are therefore very incentivized to treat our referrals very well... and that is exactly how they treat them.
Ok, we have answered a bunch of your questions (though reach out to us if you have any more), now we have a couple questions for you:
Isn't it time that you finally eliminate all of the distractions?
Isn't it time for you to get focused again on the main purposes of your organization?
Isn't it time that you have the best solutions and services to fit your needs and growth?
